Indeed, the Lord Allah commands with Justice, the Best and spending to near ones; and forbids wickedness, bad shameful deeds, and enmity; He advises you with It so that you may be remembered.
Adhikr is the Justice and the Best mentioned in this verse. To be the best means to live here in the consciousness that the Lord is ever-watching even though you are not seeing Him. Today, Adhikr is formed as the Best Interpretation of the Lord’s Book. So those who live under the Light of Adhikr are the Muhsins. Whoever testifies the Best Book Adhikr, then Lord will make all things easy for him; and whoever is niggard, thinks that he is enough and rejects the Best Book, Lord will make all things difficult to him as told in verses 92: 6-10.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are living here by not judging in their individual, family, and social life with the Best Book Adhikr, so they are the true disbelievers, wrongdoers, and transgressors as explained in verses 5: 44, 45, and 47 respectively. At the time of their death, the Lord will tell them that he was among the disbelievers as explained in verse 11: 7. It is told in verses 25: 26-29: “The Day of Judgment will very difficult for the disbelievers and such a wrongdoer will regret by biting his hand as: “Woe to me! If I had followed the way of Messenger! Woe to me! If I hadn’t selected so and so as my intimate friend, surely he obstructed me from Adhikr after It had come to me; indeed, Satan was a traitor to mankind”.
The believer considers believers as his close family rather than blood relationships and friendships. So he will prefer to give charity for the needy first from believers, then he will consider the needy from family and neighbors testifying verses 4: 36-37. The mode of prayer and lifestyle of the odd believer is explained in verses 7: 205-206. The remembrance of the Three-Time-Knower Lord is the most important which can only be acquired with the Three-Time-Knowledge Adhikr as explained in verse 2: 152. See explanation 2: 177; 5: 42 and 11: 87-88.
