(An-Nahl) 16 : 113
وَلَقَدْ جَاءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ مِنْهُمْ فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ
And surely Messenger from among themselves had come to them, but they rejected him; so the punishment had overtaken them while they were wrongdoers.
It is told in verse 32: 21: “And Lord will make them taste the light punishment other than the greater punishment so that they may be returning to the aim of life”. See explanation 6: 47; 8: 32-33 and 12: 110.
