(Al-Hijr) 15 : 21
وَإِنْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا عِنْدَنَا خَزَائِنُهُ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعْلُومٍ
And indeed there is not a thing except its measure is with Us, and We don’t send it down except with a well-known measure.
Not only for living things like mankind, animals, birds, plants, and trees, but also non-living things like sun, moon, stars, air, and water have a well-known measure and an expiry date with the Lord of the universe. Lord has not created anything aimlessly as explained in verses 1: 3 and 2: 164. Everything will perish except Lord Allah’s face as explained in verse 3: 185. Adhikr is Lord’s Message for entire mankind which explains everything. It is the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium. See explanation 7: 185; 25: 2 and 33-34.
