Except for the one who steals a hearing and is followed by a manifest burning flame
It is told in verses 37: 6-10: “Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars; and as protection against every rebellious Satan, they wouldn’t listen to the Supreme Assembly, and despicable ones will be pelted from every side, and for them have a constant punishment, except the one who snatches by theft, but he will be followed by a piercing burning flame”. Just like the disbelievers of every period, Meccan pagans also believed that Satans can travel anywhere at any time as they wish. But without transforming one’s Jinn soulmate mentioned in verses 43: 36-39 into a believer with Adhikr, nobody can become a believer and can’t enter the Paradise until a camel passes through the eye of a tailor’s needle as explained in verse 7: 40.
Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are hiding and rejecting Adhikr which is the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul as explained in verse 7: 26. They will die by witnessing against themselves that indeed they were disbelievers as explained in verses 6: 130 and 7: 37. These wrongdoers are carrying Lord’s Book as burden carrying donkeys, so that they will wail on the Day of Judgment as: “Woe to me! If I hadn’t selected so and so as my intimate friend, he strayed me from Adhikr after It had come to me, and Satan was a traitor to mankind” as told in verses 25: 27-29. Satan will absolve from his false promises with which he had strayed mankind from Adhikr-the Truth-on the Day of Judgment as explained in verse 14: 22. The worst creatures Fujjar mentioned in verse 8: 22 are involved in sorcery, black magic, bloodshed, cheating, and all such satanic footsteps than other people belonging to Messenger’s community. So, the read, heard, and touched verses will argue and witness against them and will push them into Hell.
Today Adhikr is formed as the Splendid Book through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. Thus the Lord has become Impartial. So, whoever holdfasts Adhikr-the Safeguard, It will safeguard him from all calamities, disasters, diseases, and Hellfire as explained in verse 5: 48. See explanation 2: 102, 168-169; 4: 51-52 and 6: 111-112.
