Praise is to Allah, Who has granted to me in my old age Ismael and Ishaaq; indeed, my Lord is the Hearer of prayer.
The believer who testifies Adhikr only gets a response for his prayers and only his deeds are accepted as explained in verse 2: 186. He changes his decree from ledger Sijjeen of Hell (83: 7) to ledger Illiyeen of Paradise (83: 18). He lives here with an awareness of the Recording Book fastened around everyone’s neck as told in verses 10: 60-61. The believer who holdfasts Adhikr-the Safeguard, no harm will be affected to him anywhere at any time as explained in verse 2: 152. It is the duty of the Lord to save the believers as explained in verse 10: 103.
The Arabic Quran reading hypocrites and their blind followers are hiding and rejecting Adhikr. They are responding to the call of Satan as explained in verse 14: 22. See explanation 10: 26; 11: 69-73 and 12: 53.
