(Ar-Ra'd) 13 : 10

It is the same to Him concerning you whether one conceals or discloses his words and whether one is hidden by night or walk forth freely by day.

It is told in verse 45: 37: "And to Him belongs all grandeur within the heavens and the earth, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise". It is told in verse 36: 82: "Indeed, whenever He intends a thing, He needs only to say: ‘Be’, then it is. So, glory is to Him in Whose hands is the sovereignty of everything, and unto Him, you all will be returned". Nothing is hidden from heaven and earth without the Knowledge of the Oft-Observing Lord Who has no slumber or sleep as explained in verses 10: 60-61. See explanation 2: 6-7; 7: 205-206 and 12: 29.
