(Yoosuf) 12 : 58
وَجَاءَ إِخْوَةُ يُوسُفَ فَدَخَلُوا عَلَيْهِ فَعَرَفَهُمْ وَهُمْ لَهُ مُنْكِرُونَ
And the brothers of Yoosuf came, and they entered upon him, and he recognized them while they didn't recognize him.
As per the dream of king explained in verses 12: 47-49, seven good years passed. They stored food grains under the leadership of Yoosuf during that time. Then the famine-affected Egypt and surrounding countries including Palestine. So the people from neighborhood countries also approached Egypt for food items. As foreigners want to get special permission for getting food items, Yoosuf's brothers have to meet him.
