(Yoosuf) 12 : 56
وَكَذَٰلِكَ مَكَّنَّا لِيُوسُفَ فِي الْأَرْضِ يَتَبَوَّأُ مِنْهَا حَيْثُ يَشَاءُ ۚ نُصِيبُ بِرَحْمَتِنَا مَنْ نَشَاءُ ۖ وَلَا نُضِيعُ أَجْرَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
Just like that, We established Yoosuf in the land to do whatever he wished in it; We bestow Our Mercy upon whom We Wish, and We never futile the reward of those who live by seeing Lord.
Since Adhikr is formed as the Book today, whoever testifies It, he is admitted into Lord's Mercy and will return into Paradise. All other Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who are hiding and rejecting Adhikr will be summoned in the Hell as explained in verse 10: 60. See explanation 10: 26 and 12: 22.
